“Leading While Becoming” message speaks to leaders in every stage of leadership development!

As Elder Tiffany so excellently demonstrated, we are all at a place of becoming who God has called us to be as we lead others! She brought forth a bold and powerful presentation as she walked in the grace and anointing of God!

This message shows that someone is always watching! It has shown me that even as a Bishop, I am continually becoming the leader God has called me to be! It is important to live an authentic life in front of others as we become the leaders God calls.

We must remember, we are all in a stage of becoming!!!

Elder Tiffany’s transparency of her life while she is becoming a servant/leader is motivating to the youngest or oldest person leading while becoming. This message is for everyone looking to become a leader God can use!
