DESCRIPTION:How Ministry Leaders Stay Connected to the People They Serve\nAs part of the Force of Life Ministries Leadership Training Symposium\, I had the opportunity to present a hands-on leadership development session designed to help ministry leaders strengthen communication\, engagement\, and connection within the ministries they serve. \nThis training focused on practical strategies for utilizing Church Center and Planning Center as ministry tools rather than simply administrative platforms. DESCRIPTION:In March 2026\, I had the honor of serving as a presenter during the Life Institute Leadership Conference hosted by Sounds of Praise Pentecostal Fellowship Ministries\, Inc. \nThe conference brought together leaders\, ministers\, and emerging leaders for a time of teaching\, development\, fellowship\, and spiritual growth. \nAs part of the conference faculty\, I presented the session “Youth and Next-Gen Leaders: Leading while Still Becoming\,” encouraging participants to embrace the leadership journey while continuing to grow\, learn\, and develop.
