How Ministry Leaders Stay Connected to the People They Serve
As part of the Force of Life Ministries Leadership Training Symposium, I had the opportunity to present a hands-on leadership development session designed to help ministry leaders strengthen communication, engagement, and connection within the ministries they serve.
This training focused on practical strategies for utilizing Church Center and Planning Center as ministry tools rather than simply administrative platforms. Leaders received instruction on how to effectively manage groups, communicate with members, track participation, share resources, record attendance, and foster meaningful connection beyond Sunday services.
Participants learned how these tools can help ministry leaders:
• Stay connected to the people they serve
• Improve communication within ministry groups
• Increase engagement and participation
• Share resources and important updates
• Track attendance and involvement
• Strengthen accountability and follow-up efforts
• Create opportunities for meaningful ministry connections
The session was presented during the Force of Life Ministries Leadership Training Symposium, an event focused on equipping leaders to serve with excellence, alignment, and Kingdom impact.
I am grateful for the opportunity to serve, teach, train, and equip leaders through this assignment and look forward to future opportunities to help leaders grow in both effectiveness and impact.
